I received your contact information from the Leadership Coach I am working with, Vanessa. I just wanted to give some positive feedback around how incredibly supportive/helpful it has been to have Vanessa working with me. I am part of a very intense, stressful and difficult project within my team right now at VCH and having my regular 2 week appointments with Vanessa has allowed me to find some incredible coping and leadership tools that has allowed me to do my job more effectively and impact my team positively.

…..just wanted to reach out and express my sincere thank you for all the work Vanessa has done with me and my team over the last few years.
When I started with Vanessa I was working in a frontline clinical position. I was frustrated by the system and thinking about how to make a sustainable career for myself, considering outside of VCH. Vanessa’s coaching has supported me in making two significant career jumps since then, and I am now in a Manager position. I have been supported in finding an environment where I can align my values with my work, and support a team authentically. Looking back through my Learning Plan it is incredible to see the leaps I have made, and I am 100 percent confident I couldn’t have done it without Vanessa in my corner.
When I talk to people about working at VCH I share my experience with coaching, both with Vanessa and the FLL/CoreLinx programs. These are some of the ways VCH actions their commitments to life long learning and caring for everybody. Those are things that keep me at VCH. As a Manager, I support my leadership team in taking these courses, and see immediate and significant impacts to their performance and work satisfaction.
So thank you to Vanessa, and also you and your team, for creating a supportive structure for our people. This work can be incredibly challenging, and the support you folks provide makes a significant impact for us and the clients we serve.
