Most chose a complementary session to meet me, to get a sense of coaching and to have more personal question answered.
During a Complementary session lasting 30 – 45 min they also experience a little bit of coaching on a topic of their choice. Choosing Coaching to go forwards, clients then choose a package and enroll. After formalities and paperwork are completed on line, a Foundation session is booked. The Foundation session sets the stage, it is an inquiry to identify your current state and details of your goals. Followed by regular session for the course of min 4 Months to address identifies coaching issues. Packages can be extended. Often during teh coachign session otehr goals emerge; many choose to continue having me as their coach till the goals are reached.
To complete the coaching series, a Celebration-Session is booked, during which your set up with extra tips and tools to stay successful and on course going forwards. Yes I am commited to your success being sustainable and lasting once we are complete.
Burnout Prevention Coaching (BPC) operates with more holistic paradigms. Most often change experienced as a stressful phase and personal stress levels peak. This peak often triggers old negative habits. Sometimes making you turn backwards before your transformation process is completed.
BPC has found a coaching methodology countering this very common pit-fall. During the coaching process is the BPC coach is on the lock out for sever stress signals, to then alert you the clients and offer stress prevention methods. Keeping your stress levels manageable or low, in the process you learn to go through transitions faster and with greater ease. Using BPC clients save time and have positive transformations.

It is now proven that regular sessions are the most cost-effective, valuable and beneficial for the clients. Like training for a race steady regular training has better results and is more maintainable then training spurts. As for appointment times of course, we can be flexible as necessary in order to accommodate your schedule.

Sessions are scheduled for either 25 or 55 minutes, with the exception of the foundation session which can be 120 to 90 min.
In this session you and I will learn something about each other and create an alliance so we can work together in a more effective way. This session establishes a foundation for the coaching relationship and set your coaching goal and a process on which to build your vision for the future.
All on-line sessions take place between Monday and Friday during the day and early evening Pacific time zone to accommodate clients in Europe and across North America. My onsite team sessions are generally during regular business hours of the local time zone.
Yes, I value your time and my time equally. In order to help you reach your goals we must work together as a team. I ask that you provide 48 hours notice if you need to change your appointment. Otherwise, the missed meeting time will count and be subtracted from your monthly amount of meetings.
If you wish to tape your sessions, you may do so – it is your information and taping sessions will allow you to review them. For my professional development and supervision, I tape only selected sessions and only when you have given me your written permission.
